What is Pulsar GRC?
Pulsar GRC is a platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance management. It connects audits, CAPA, documents, risks, a Coverage Graph, and Gap Analysis with controlled AI Act-aligned AI support. Training and TTX are handled by the separate Crewshift app.
Who is Pulsar GRC for?
It is built for organizations of any size that need to manage compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, and NIS2, run internal audits, manage risks, and close corrective actions.
Does Pulsar GRC provide the content of standards or licenses?
No. Your organization must already have the source documents and requirements it wants to comply with. Pulsar GRC supports requirement mapping, evidence, audits, and CAPA in a continuous model designed to reduce evidence fragmentation.
Can I register my company for early access?
Yes. Pulsar GRC is being prepared for first deployments. We collect requests through the contact form and confirm pilot scope after a short conversation about your process.
AI Act-aligned AI support
How does AI work in Pulsar GRC?
Pulsar GRC uses controlled AI Act-aligned AI support for document analysis, questionnaire drafts, and 5-Why support. AI does not make autonomous decisions; outputs are reviewed by a Quality/Compliance Manager or another authorized person.
Do I choose a specific AI model?
No. The public offer describes AI Act-aligned AI support, not a public choice of a specific model. Technical details and processing boundaries are confirmed in implementation documentation.
Which plan includes AI features?
Controlled AI support is planned for Professional and Advanced. The difference is usage limits and operating volume. On-Prem / Private Cloud deployments are priced individually.
Are my data used to train AI?
No. Your Organization’s sovereign data are not used to train AI models. AI support works only as assistance on data entered into the process, and final operational and compliance decisions remain with your Team.
Security
How are my data protected?
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. The Brillnet system architecture isolates data between organizations. Regular backups and security monitoring are part of the operating model.
Where are data stored?
Data are stored in your Organization’s isolated Data Area. Infrastructure, region, and retention details are confirmed in the implementation documentation.
Is Pulsar GRC GDPR compliant?
Yes. We implement GDPR requirements including access rights, right to be forgotten, data portability, data minimization, and appropriate safeguards.
Billing
What plans are available?
The planned offer includes Professional (€89/month or €890/year), Advanced (€229/month or €2,290/year), and On-Prem / Private Cloud on request. Availability is planned soon; first deployments and pilot terms are confirmed individually.
Can I change my plan during the subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change is applied at the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). Sales documents are available in the billing panel after payment.
