Does Pulsar GRC provide standard texts or licenses (e.g., ISO/GDPR/NIS2)?
No. Your organization provides its own source documents and compliance requirements. Pulsar GRC supports requirement mapping, evidence, audits, and CAPA in a continuous workflow. This model comes from implementation practice, where fragmented documents and evidence create the highest audit risk.

AI & Gemini
How does AI work in Pulsar GRC?
Google Gemini helps generate audit questionnaires, supports 5-Why root-cause analysis, and suggests corrective actions. AI is an assistant tool - final decisions always remain with people.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK is the AI model in the Professional plan: you use your own Google Gemini API key and keep full control over costs and limits.
How is Professional PL-AI different from Professional?
Both plans include all 8 modules. Professional uses BYOK (your own Gemini key), while Professional PL-AI includes Bielik AI (PL) hosted in Poland with a fair-use limit.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is not used to train AI models. Gemini processes prompts in real time for feature execution.
Security
How is my data protected?
We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row-Level Security (RLS) isolates data between organizations, with regular backups and security monitoring.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored on EU infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL). Files are stored in Google Cloud Storage in a European region.
Is Pulsar GRC GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We implement GDPR requirements including access rights, deletion rights, data portability, data minimization, and appropriate safeguards.
Billing
What plans are available?
Available plans: Starter (199 PLN/month or 1990 PLN/year), Professional (399 PLN/month or 3990 PLN/year), Professional PL-AI (799 PLN/month or 7990 PLN/year). Trial gives 14 days of full Professional scope. Annual billing is 10x monthly price (2 months free).
Can I change plans during subscription?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing is adjusted proportionally.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers for companies. After payment, a billing document is available in your billing panel.
