Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Pulsar GRC platform, available at app.pulsar-grc.pl, operated by Brillnet Piotr Adamski, located at ul. Sienkiewicza 73/6, 90-057 Lodz, Poland.

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider - Brillnet Piotr Adamski
  • User - any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Platform
  • Platform - the Pulsar GRC web application
  • Account - a set of resources and permissions assigned to a User
  • Subscription - paid access to the Platform

3. Registration and Account

Using the Platform requires creating an Account. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and all activities performed under their Account.

4. Scope of Services

The Pulsar GRC Platform offers the following functionalities:

  • Internal and external audit management
  • Corrective and preventive actions register (CAPA)
  • Document control with versioning
  • Compliance management with ISO, GDPR, and other standards
  • Risk register with 5x5 matrix
  • Coverage Graph and Gap Analysis based on your Organization’s source documents
  • Crewshift handoff for training, acknowledgements, and TTX workshops
  • AI Act-aligned AI support available in selected plans, with usage limits defined per plan

Pulsar GRC does not provide licensed standard texts or official legal acts. The Organization is responsible for providing and lawfully maintaining its source compliance documents.

5. Plans and Payments

The Service Provider offers the following subscription plans:

  • Pilot / Early Access - scope, user count, and duration agreed individually after scenario qualification
  • Professional - 399 PLN/month or 3,990 PLN/year, up to 49 users, full GRC workflow with AI Act-aligned AI support and standard usage limits
  • Advanced - 999 PLN/month or 9,990 PLN/year, up to 49 users, the same GRC workflow with higher AI-support usage limits
  • On-Prem / Private Cloud - priced individually based on the deployment scope

Payments are made in advance for the billing period (monthly or annual). Annual payments are billed as 10x monthly price (2 months free).

After payment is posted, a billing document is made available in the billing panel.

Pulsar GRC and Crewshift may be offered as cooperating Brillnet apps on the same Brillnet compliance engine. Package terms are confirmed individually.

6. AI Act-Aligned AI Support

Pulsar GRC may include controlled AI support in Professional and Advanced plans, and in selected private deployments. The public offer does not expose a choice of a specific AI model.

6.1 Scope and limits

  • Available in selected Professional and Advanced plans
  • Used for document analysis, questionnaire drafts, 5-Why support, and suggested next steps for authorized-person review
  • Professional includes standard usage limits, Advanced includes higher usage limits
  • Training, acknowledgements, and TTX workshops are handled by Crewshift as a cooperating app, not by Pulsar GRC itself

6.2 On-Prem / Private Cloud deployment model

  • Available only within an individually scoped deployment offer
  • Model provider, key ownership, and runtime boundaries are defined per implementation
  • Data retention, monitoring, and access policy follow the agreed deployment documentation

In every deployment model, AI output is assistive only and does not replace your Team’s decision-making.

7. Data Protection

Detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Service Provider implements technical and organizational security measures, including the Brillnet system architecture for data isolation between organizations.

8. Liability

The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates continuously and without errors. The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by force majeure
  • Content entered by Users
  • Decisions made based on AI-generated results

9. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to: kontakt@pulsar-grc.pl. The Service Provider will process complaints within 14 business days.

10. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance. Polish law applies.
