Pulsar GRC Website Terms

These terms govern the Pulsar GRC website and the public trial terms shown before registration. Detailed account and subscription terms are presented for acceptance in the application before the trial starts.

The Website presents Pulsar GRC, provides informational materials, and enables contact with Brillnet.

Public prices and trial terms published on the Website apply together with the documents presented for acceptance during registration. Other deployment or integration terms not stated expressly require separate confirmation.

Training, acknowledgements, and TTX workshops are presented as an area handled by the cooperating Crewshift app, not as a function performed directly by the landing page.

3. Trial, card and cancellation

• The trial lasts 14 days and requires a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express card supported by Stripe.
• The card is not charged when the trial starts.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues on the paid Professional plan.
• You can cancel before the trial ends; the paid subscription will then not start.
• Prices shown on the Website are net prices; applicable tax may be added.

4. Contact form and product inquiry

• Submitting the form is voluntary, but without the required data we cannot respond.
• The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection.
• Submitting the form does not create a contract and does not automatically grant application access.
• A response may relate to a product conversation, the available offer, or commercial information connected with the inquiry.

5. Informational nature of Website content

Website content is marketing and informational material. It is not legal, tax, audit, or certification advice. The Website does not provide the text of standards, norms, or legal acts.

Decisions about compliance, audits, implementations, and requirement interpretation should be made by the relevant people in your Organization or by authorized advisers.

Users must use the Website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, it is prohibited to:

• send unlawful, offensive, spam, or third-party-rights-infringing content through the form,
• attempt to bypass form or infrastructure security,
• automatically overload the Website in a way that disrupts its operation,
• copy Website elements in violation of intellectual property rights.

Names, logos, layout, texts, graphics, and other Website materials belong to Brillnet or are used under appropriate rights. You may use them only within the limits allowed by law or with Brillnet's consent.

9. Website availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Access may be temporarily limited for technical, security, or update reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, Brillnet is not liable for damage resulting from using Website information contrary to its informational nature.
